    Microsatellite instability (MSI) gene detection is to detect 9 microsatellite locis by multiplex fluorescent PCR, including 5 single nucleotide repeat locis proposed by National Cancer Institute (NCI), and 2 five nucleotides repeat loci and 1 Gender-based loci. It can be used for Lynch syndrome screening, 5-FU treatment and prognosis prediction of colorectal cancer, as well as the prediction of curative effect of  PD-1 Ab in multiple tumors, guiding the clinical medication of many kinds of tumors.
